April grew up in the Bay Area. She is diligent, hardworking, and will go the extra mile for her clients. She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Biology and is also Licensed with the California Dept of Real Estate.

April currently lives in the Peninsula with her husband and 2 young daughters.

Behzad Boroumand
Behzad Boroumand is the General Manager and a Senior Loan Consultant at Bankers Preferred. He is focused on proving the training and infrastructure necessary to position Bankers Preferred as the Bay Areas premier mortgage brokerage. Behzad is truly committed to helping people become home owners and helping existing homeowners make the right financial decisions. Behzad is Quality Service Certified (QSC) and has attained a Platinum level service rating for his high degree of client care. He has also completed Homeownership Programs training conducted by the California Housing Finance Agency. Before joining Bankers Preferred, Behzad worked in various lending and finance capacities at Citibank and Bank of America. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.

Cecibel Diaz Gutierrez
Ceci is a licensed Loan Consultant at Bankers Preferred. Ceci is committed to her clients' satisfaction, goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and guarantees an easy loan process. She is Quality Service Certified and has consistently received a Platinum Service Rating, the highest possible rating from her past clients. In addition to being a CalPERS and CalSTIRS certified representative, she is a Program Director for Herocare in San Mateo and San Francisco Counties. Herocare is a non-profit program designed specifically to help community heroes in the areas of homeownership and financial development. Ceci is fluent in Spanish and has assisted many Spanish speaking clients with their home financing needs as well.

Before joining our team, Ceci worked for over 15 years in real estate construction and job cost accounting. She worked on large scale projects, such as the BART extension and the building of the San Francisco Court House. Other well known projects she has worked on include Gary Danko, Incanto, Gap & Banana Republic Stores. Her past work experience provides Ceci with the organizational, accounting and budgeting tools necessary to understand her client's financial needs and provide them with the best financing options available. She enjoys playing T-ball and spending time with her son.

Eva Del Rosario
Eva del Rosario joined Bankers Preferred Real Estate Loans in January 2003. Eva is Bankers Preferred’s premier Loan Consultant, winning the company’s Top Producer Award 2004, 2005. She attributes her success to her passion for helping people to achieve the dream of homeownership.

Eva is a Certified Mortgage Planner. Her goal is to help her clients build and protect wealth by better managing home equity and cash flow and ultimately integrate their mortgage loan into overall long and short term financial goal. Eva flourishes helping first-time home buyers, seasoned homeowners, and borrowers with imperfect credit histories refinance their existing homes, purchase new homes, accumulate investment properties and preserve their investment. Her business is 99% referral from satisfied clients and business partners.

Eva has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing from De La Salle University in the Manila, Philippines. Eva speaks fluent Tagalog.

Farshid "Ray" Boroumand
Ray has accumulated years of extensive experience in sales and customer service across many industries, with specific experience in sales of high end residential real estate in the United Kingdom. Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, Ray is committed to providing clients with first class service and helping them achieve their financial goals. Gaining exposure to many cultures over the course of his work abroad, Ray has an uncanny ability to communicate and relay his clients’ needs into the most suitable financing programs.

Ray has a zest for life and loves to build lasting relationships with his friends, family and business partners. He also enjoys horseback riding, a nice game of backgammon, and a hot cup of tea.

Ivonne F. Cupido

Ivonne has been in business since 1998. Before joining Bankers Preferred, she worked for one of the leading lenders, Countrywide Home Loans, Associates Financial now known as Citifinancial, and Norwest Mortgage. She has a bachelor degree in Business Management, Notary Public State of California, and California Real Estate license. Ivonne brings her education, past experience and commitment into each transaction. She is a fluent Spanish speaker, and has been working in her community for some time. She continuously attends business lectures to educate herself with current changing markets. Ivonne is native of San Francisco, and continues to live in San Francisco with her husband and two children.

Kim Hernando

Kim has a great pride and passion about Real Estate and Lending and lives by the philosophy, Do what you love and you never have to work a day in your life. Upon graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in Economics and a minor emphasis in Accounting, Kim embarked upon a series of real estate endeavors, including investments, property management, and accounting, that would eventually lead her into the lending business. Kim’s understanding at a young age that real estate is the single best investment to build real financial security has enabled her to amass an impressive portfolio of real estate in San Francisco and the Peninsula.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys photographing her children and her travels, loves to sing, and is an avid reader of personal development books. Kim currently lives in San Bruno with her husband of 5 years and their two adored sons.

Kitty Lee
Kitty Lee joined Bankers Preferred Real Estate Loans in May of 2003. Kitty is a veteran of consumer, commercial and residential mortgage lending with over 16 years of lending experience. Kitty has worked for some of the largest banks in the nation as Branch Manager, Commercial Loan Officer and Relationship Manager. Prior to joining Bankers Preferred, Kitty was the Vice President at Wells Fargo Private Banking Division managing a $50 Million loan portfolio. Kitty recently earned her Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist^® and Certified Mortgage Advisor Designations. The CMPS curriculum incorporates five essential skill sets including:

• Debt analysis
• Real estate equity management

Lilyette Uriarte
Lilyette Uriarte, a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist^®, has been in the mortgage industry since 2003. She has earned her Mortgage Advisor and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist^® designations and is a member of Toastmasters International.

With a true passion for making a difference in people’s lives, she began her public-speaking engagements with the objective to raise awareness in an area that is so much neglected today and needing urgent attention, the area of retirement and mortgage planning.

Originally employed at FribroGen, Inc. as the executive associate for the vice president of global business development she felt a passion for working directly with the public and chose to enter the business arena in the capacity of a mortgage and financial strategist. In 2003 Lilyette joined Bankers Preferred, a leader in mortgage lending servicing the entire Bay Area and is personally on track to help over 100 families this year.

Lilyette was raised in the Bay Area and lives in San Mateo, CA and enjoys her free time with her Golden Retriever and German Shepard.

Lou Marino
Lou Marino, a top producing Senior Loan Consultant licensed by the California Department of Real Estate joined Bankers Preferred in 2002. Since then he has successfully established himself as a hard working, competitive loan consultant with extensive product knowledge. Lou is able to communicate with his clients on an emotional level. He listens to his clients needs and is able to work with them in order to create the best mortgage loan solutions available. His success can be noted in the fact that over 90% of his business comes from past clients and referrals from family, friends and business partners. He finds satisfaction in being able to make his clients’ dreams of home ownership a reality.

Lou Marino is happily married and the proud father of a beautiful daughter. He speaks fluent Italian, loves to sky dive and is a classic car enthusiast.

Luis A. Wong
Luis has over 17 years of real estate lending experience, working as AVP, Chief and Commercial Underwriter and in sales positions for various lending institutions of the Bay Area. As loan consultant, Luis has worked closely with members of the Hispanic and Asian communities, assisting them and their family to achieve the dream of homeownership.

A graduate in Business Administration from the University of Georgetown in Washington, DC, Luis moved to the Bay Area in 1983. In addition, Luis took a 7 years sabbatical to serve as a foreign diplomat in Asia and Latin America where he deepened his knowledge and sensitivity of these cultures.

Luis has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1984. He is fluent in English, Spanish and conversant in Chinese Mandarin.

Michael Peterson
Michael Peterson is one of the mortgage industries most trusted Loan Consultant. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Working in the industry since 1980, Michael is a seasoned loan consultant. He also has exposure in real estate sales, investments and property management. Michael proudly served his country in times of war. He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1963 and served in Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman on the USS Repose. Caring for wounded men, women and children, Michael is dedicated to humanity and improving one’s quality of life. Sieng Nguyen
As a loan consultant with Bankers Preferred, Sieng is committed to providing professional service with a high level of integrity, trust, and accountability. He specializes in residential mortgages and investment loans. Prior to joining Bankers Preferred, Sieng was a realtor with Prudential California Realty, helping people buy the "American Dream".

Born in Vietnam, Sieng came to the United States in 1986. He speaks fluent Vietnamese and English. Sieng graduated from San Francisco State University with a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW), and was a practicing social worker for 10 years.

His passion for working with people is evident in the superior service he provides his clients.

Terrie Cardoza
Terrie Cardoza, licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, joined Bankers Preferred as a Loan Consultant in February of 2006. In addition to being a CalPERS and CalSTIRS certified representative, she is a Program Director for Herocare in San Mateo and San Francisco Counties. Herocare is a non-profit program designed specifically to help community heroes in the areas of homeownership and financial development. She is a native of San Francisco and has long-standing community relationships. Prior to joining Bankers Preferred, Terrie worked for ten years as a 911 Dispatcher. She comes to Bankers Preferred with an extensive work history of crisis management and problem solving. Realizing that she had reached the limits of personal growth within the emergency services field, Terrie sought a new challenge in the private sector.

With well developed critical thinking and customer service skills, Terrie has been welcomed with open arms into the mortgage industry by her clients and referral partners. She is determined to stay at the forefront of the industry so she can offer the best service and products available. She firmly believes her best opportunity for success is client satisfaction and growth by referral.
